Is pricing per user or per location?
Plans are priced per location. Elite adds multi-user access so your sales and ops team can work in one place.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes, on Pro and Elite. Add your pricing rules in the dashboard and homeowner estimates are calculated from your numbers. Starter uses range-based AI estimates.
What happens if I reach my monthly visualization limit?
Usage resets on the first of each month. If you hit your plan’s limit before then, new visualizations pause until the next month — or you can upgrade your plan at any time to keep going.
Do you offer white-label pages or embedding?
Every plan includes a hosted vendor page you can link to. Elite adds white-label branding, and we offer domain aliasing and embedding for qualified partners.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No long-term contracts. Plans are month-to-month — upgrade whenever you need more, and update your card, view invoices or cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard settings.
